Bends repaired same-day. Touch-ups and welding completed same-day. Straightening, machining, mounting and balancing can usually be done while you wait.Your car will ride like it's on glass after our high-speed balancing. We specialize in building 2 and 3-piece wheels and center lock wheel repair and refinishing.

ACTUAL WHEEL REPAIR - NO DISGUISES

Some others merely disguise lip damage by grinding away the damaged metal, applying Bondo filler, and then painting over the damaged area. We professionally weld new metal onto the damaged lip. We would never jeopardize the safety of our clients or the integrity of their wheels by practicing careless yet all too common rim repair short cuts.

Every wheel is serviced and safety checked by the owner of First Place Wheels. We always remove the wheels from the vehicles to insure that over-spray will never ruin a car's beautiful paint. We have state-of-the-art machinery to do the job correctly and only use the highest quality paint and weights.

  • CAREFUL PREPARATION
    We carefully remove the wheels from each car, then the tires are removed from the rims. Precise wheel repair is impossible unless the wheels are removed from the car. This also insures that the car will not be damaged by over-spray.

    SAFETY CHECK/MOUNTING & BALANCING
    After servicing, the wheels are balanced at high-speed. We use only the highest quality adhesive weights. Each wheel is thoroughly examined by the owner to check for safety and leaks.

There’s no service call fee when you meet us at K2 Motorcars in Jupiter. Just call us first to make sure we don’t miss you. We are sometimes on the road picking up or delivering wheels. We may be able to service your wheels while you have breakfast or lunch.

Mike did an amazing job on a very complicated Porsche project for me. My vintage ’95 993 had a set of Speedline 3-piece wheels that needed refurbishing. Referred to First Place Wheels by Orbit Racing the Porsche expert who recommended highly. 2 other well credentialed wheel “restorers” had flunked on this project due to complexities they couldn’t master. I contacted Mike after being told that my Acura had three bent wheels. He was friendly, professional, and accommodating, and made the whole process a breeze. Mike not only repaired and balanced the bent wheels, he also checked the 4th wheel, discovered it was unbalanced, and took care of that, too. The whole process took about an hour and a half and I was charged exactly what he quoted me beforehand. You can tell when someone cares about their craft and their customers, and Mike clearly does. An hour after leaving, he gave me a call to make sure I was pleased with the results. I was happy to report that my car now rides smoother than it has in years.

I have a 2020 X5M comp suv I had terrible vibration in the car doing about 70 and up. I went to the dealer I asked him to balance the tires? He came back to me and said two right rims are bent what???! the only place I have had this car serviced was at the dealer had car shipped to fla from Boston no issues so somebody had to do a little test ride on my dime!!! I was told to call First Place Wheel from a friend i called Mike he could not have been more pleasant and professional. He took the two wheels off the car and you could not believe how badly they were bent never seen anything like this and i have had many cars! I watched Mike reshape these wheels into perfect condition i was amazed never knew this could be done what a pro !! the car ran perfect after he finished and guess what $400.00 i was delighted to pay the man great person. I am telling he is the best i have seen in my career ! i was a BMW, VW dealer for 20years the guy amazed me
